A word from our Chef…
Welcome, Dear Guests, I invite you for a culinary travel around the world, during which I will provide you with unforgettable taste experience – all in our Hotel Restaurant. I would like to present you with the new flavors from the cuisines of the world in the modern fusion form, together with our regional, traditional food. I am at your disposal, doing my best to satisfy every palate, so that your stay in our hotel becomes a most pleasant experience. I also invite you to our lobby bar, where you can try freshly ground coffee and flavored teas. Our bartenders serve drinks and alcohols from all around the world, which can be enjoyed with our special snacks, in a friendly atmosphere and accompanied by the best service. On cold, winter evenings, come to our “Little Hell”, where you can enjoy a glass of wine from the remotest parts of the world or real mulled wine, spiced with oranges and cloves, in an original, cozy atmosphere. As a final remark, I’d like to mention our 24-hour room service menu, where you can find just the things you need when exhausted after a long mountain trek.
With culinary regards
Chef
