We cordially invite you to the Hotel Restaurant, where you will have a chance to taste the unique compositions prepared by our Chef, and to savor the exquisite breakfast from our morning buffet.
Our Chef’s specialty is the mastery in combining flavors: fusion cuisine, or even folk-fusion cuisine, and also typically Polish dishes, highlander dishes among them. Our menu lists, among others, dishes like roast duck breast with orange-cardamom sauce on apple-cinnamon rosti pies or tender slices of veal roasted with lime and truffle paste, served on a risotto with fennel.
The restaurant is prepared to organize many types of events and parties, its rooms can sit up to 300 persons.
We also invite our guests to the lobby bar, which is a great place to meet people and relax. Here you can also try the great wines from our cellar and other alcohols from around the world and savor the snacks prepared by our Chef.
