Goose in St. Martin
On 11-27.11.2011 Restaurant Crocus, as only one restaurant in the Podhale region, took part in the campaign to promote “polish goose” . In cooperation with the "Factory for the Promotion of Taste", Slow Food and Kujawsko Poland-Pomorskie, and with 30 other restaurants all over Poland we served traditional polish goose meals.
French Music Concert
On 19/11/2011 HOTEL CROCUS hosted a FRENCH MUSIC CONCERT “Paris je t’amie”
The concert was performed by Janusz Zbiegieł, actor and singer graduated from Academy of Dramatic Arts in Krakow, often acting in Kraków and Paris. Awarded for the performance "Brel once again"which was under the care of Krystyna Janda and with the Grand Prix at the festival in France.
"Paris, je t’aime" consisted of songs S. J. Brel and G. Reggianiego.
GASTRO TRENDY International Trade Fair of Catering, was held on 12-15 September at Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie premises.
This trade fair is developing rapidly and thanks to a wide range of topics and world-class culinary events, not only is it recognized within the Polish, but also the international, catering environment. This year's novelty included an event aptly named "Cooking on high heels”, which promotes the chef’s profession among women. Our Chef Sebastian Krauzowicz among the others was sharing his knowledge during the event.
